Chris, with 20+ years in tech, media, and entertainment, started at Accenture, implementing change programs for FTSE 500 companies. He then ventured into US tech giants like Apple, Google, YouTube, and Amazon across multiple regions. Seeking senior roles in various functions, he excels in joining emerging organizations’ leadership teams, particularly those launching new products or services at scale.

Simon, with 20+ years in accountancy, audit, and corporate finance, has audited and advised multinational companies across sectors, gaining expertise in financial management, taxation, and multi-currency platforms. He managed family-owned businesses and personal investments for a UHNW Family office in Knightsbridge for 8 years. As an entrepreneur, he created accounting software for small businesses and held directorships in new ventures while advising a successful VC company.

Oliver, with 20+ years in sports and entertainment, has worked at diverse companies like Ministry of Sound and the Lotus F1 Team. With experience on the rights holder, brand, and agency sides, he has managed global projects. His 9 years in Singapore expanded his Asia and Australia network. Oliver is a creative, commercially-minded leader, skilled in curating brand interactions with customers through sports and entertainment.

Laurie, with 30+ years in sports and finance, held senior roles at Blackstar Capital, Pali International, North Square Capital, and Momenta Group Global. He’s known for expertise in raising investment and overseeing major football club takeovers, making him a respected industry expert in acquisitions. Laurie brings valuable experience to the Kimura Performance Group.

Kriss, the Chief Investment Officer at Kimura Performance, founded Kimura Capital in 2013. Before this, he held senior positions at Soc Gen, Hetco, and served as the global head of Commodities at PPG. He began his career at Banque Paribas on the International Petroleum Exchange, later moving to ABN AMRO and eventually UBS in London.

Peter has 8 years’ experience within financial services across a variety of industries. He has worked at a variety of companies including, Deutsche Bank, UniCredit & Den Norske Bank.

Peter has a 1st Class BA Honours in Business (Major) & Psychology and holds a CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management. He has a passion for both sports and esports having played football to an elite level. Peter is driven on providing operational efficiency and ensuring clear governance for all entities under the Kimura Performance umbrella.

Jack Clifford (born 12 February 1993) is a former rugby union player for the England national rugby union team and Premiership side Harlequins. Clifford played in the back row at flanker or number 8. He first captained Harlequins in November 2015 in a match against Cardiff Blues.

Ms. Simran Bedi is co-founder and CEO of beetroot investments Pte Ltd , a multi-commodity trading and investment
company in Singapore and United Kingdom and a Director in a New development /Production company Causeway
Media Production pte ltd. The company was set up in 2019 her business Partner Joseph Newtom Cohen ( A veteran
in film financing from LA ). Simran is on the fund raising Committee of Singapore International Film Festival from 2018
until Now , where she has had experience of world cinema and movie makers . She is the executive producer for the
upcoming documentary “Gandhi – The Power of The Powerless” which will premièred at the United Nations in New
York in October 2019. Simran believes in lifelong learning and mentorship, and has served as the youngest member on
the board of trustees of India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF) to promote and create international awareness of Brand
“INDIA”. Prior to her role at IBEF, she was the Director of Media TransAsia India Ltd., Asia’s leading publication house,
which brings out over 25 niche magazines including in-flight and lifestyle publications.

Aadel is a British-Iranian former professional rugby union player.
He is the first Iranian rugby union player to ever play professionally. He represented England at U16, U18,
Universities, Midlands and England ‘A’. Having started his career at Wasps his university education took him
to Leicester. He made his Leicester Tigers debut in 1988. After making well over 200 first team appearances
in his decade long career his last appearance in a Tigers shirt was as a late substitution in the Pilkington Cup
final triumph over Sale in 1997.
He is currently a London and South East selector for England Counties at U18 level. Most Sundays you
will find him on the touch line coaching children at his local community club, Old Grammarians Rugby Club
in North London. Aadel is a Member Board of Trustees for Sherborne School Foundation. He is currently
employed at Equals Group PLC as their Global Head of Foreign Exchange.

Simon worked in publishing on Autosport and F1 Racing Magazines at Haymarket Media Group which
included three years at Haymarket Exhibitions running shows at the NEC and Olympia.
Six years in Tokyo running the Japan office with Haymarket Network, a contract publishing agency for Toyota
Motor Corporation aligned to their F1 programme. Then direct motorsport appointments with Prodrive/Aston
Martin Racing, Gulf Oil International, and at Chicane Marketing running a four-year sponsorship and activation
programme for work wear specialist Dickies Europe in the British Superbike Championship

Ben Weller is the founder of the Digital Marketing Agency, Digital Pie.
Ben has 10 years experience in the digital marketing world and has created and delivered successful strategies within
the corporate, sporting and entertainment industries covering concepts, content, distribution, reporting and consultancy.
Ben and his team are passionate about not only making digital content look the best, but ensuring it goes on to be seen
by the desired audience.
Digital Pie specialise in creating websites, social media marketing, content curation, video production as well as paid or
organic distribution.

Daniel Burzotta is the Founder of TSGMMA Fight School which now spreads to Harlow, Thurrock, Norway,
Italy and Dubai. Dan is also the co-founder of Ultimate Warrior Challenge and trains some of the best fighters
in the UK and Middle East.
TSGMMA Fight School started out as a pure Gracie style Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club and has evolved into one of
the UK’s toughest MMA fight clubs.
Dan, who has trained under legends Royce & Renzo Gracie, brings over 20 years of martial arts experience
to the club. Dan has a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, a black belt in Judo, and as a first person in Europe he has been
graded by Royce Gracie himself to a black belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu.

Peter is a former professional footballer who has played for Crystal Palace, Tottenham Hotspur and England.
He has had a lucrative managerial career, including making David Beckham England Captain along with
gaining back to back promotions to get Hull City into the Championship and winning the Premiership
Manager of the Month for October for September 2000 with Leicester City. He successfully led Bahrain to win
gold in the 2011 Arab Games in Doha.

Niall is an ex Grand Prix motorcycle racer competing at the top level of the 500cc World championship
for many seasons, also winning the British Superbike Championship 3 times in the nineties. Niall now
co-owns Mackenzie Hodgson Insurance and works in racing media for Eurosport and instructs on track
days in Europe and the UK.

Nathan is a former International rugby player winning 77 caps for Scotland and playing at club level for
Edinburgh, Perpignan, Clermont and Sale. On his retirement from Rugby Nathan joined global insurer
Gallagher to look after the development of the Gallagher Premiership Rugby championship.

Kieran Sanford is the co-founder of 4Sake esports, Kieran has worked in esports/gaming for 6 years on
events, talent and brand management within the space.
Everything Kieran does within esports is focused around supporting communities and growing the
esports space.
The 4Sake brand specialises within talent management of creators/professional esport athletes and gaming
event management. They also work with endemic/non endemic esport brands on their strategy for esports.
The ecosystem Kieran has created at 4Sake is built to support professional esport athletes, brands, creators
and local communities in a variety of ways through esports.

Ben is a Partner in the London office of Eversheds Sutherland and leads the Hedge Fund practise. Ben
previously lead the London offices of two international investment funds teams and has worked within a tier
one investment fund. Ben’s practice focuses on the establishment of hedge and other alternative investment
funds and advising investors and other service providers to such funds. Ben has worked on a wide range
alternative investment funds for fund managers, family offices, sovereign investors and entrepreneurs
including credit, event driven, special situations, global macro, crypto emerging markets, long/short equity,
quantitative, multi-strategy, fund of funds, commodities and real estate.

Mark Wright is COO of Kimura Performance Ltd, responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations, fund
governance and service provider management. Mark has over 25 years’ experience working in Financial Services
working at banks, trading companies and hedge funds. Mark has launched several new businesses including being a
board member for the Esprala drinks company which is affiliated with Kimura Performance.
