Laurie, with 30+ years in sports and finance, held senior roles at Blackstar Capital, Pali International, North Square Capital, and Momenta Group Global. He’s known for expertise in raising investment and overseeing major football club takeovers, making him a respected industry expert in acquisitions. Laurie brings valuable experience to the Kimura Performance Group.
Kriss, the Chief Investment Officer at Kimura Performance, founded Kimura Capital in 2013. Before this, he held senior positions at Soc Gen, Hetco, and served as the global head of Commodities at PPG. He began his career at Banque Paribas on the International Petroleum Exchange, later moving to ABN AMRO and eventually UBS in London.

Aadel is a British-Iranian former professional rugby union player.
He is the first Iranian rugby union player to ever play professionally. He represented England at U16, U18,
Universities, Midlands and England ‘A’. Having started his career at Wasps his university education took him
to Leicester. He made his Leicester Tigers debut in 1988. After making well over 200 first team appearances
in his decade long career his last appearance in a Tigers shirt was as a late substitution in the Pilkington Cup
final triumph over Sale in 1997.
He is currently a London and South East selector for England Counties at U18 level. Most Sundays you

Niall is an ex Grand Prix motorcycle racer competing at the top level of the 500cc World championship
for many seasons, also winning the British Superbike Championship 3 times in the nineties. Niall now
co-owns Mackenzie Hodgson Insurance and works in racing media for Eurosport and instructs on track
days in Europe and the UK.
Nathan is a former International rugby player winning 77 caps for Scotland and playing at club level for
Edinburgh, Perpignan, Clermont and Sale. On his retirement from Rugby Nathan joined global insurer
Gallagher to look after the development of the Gallagher Premiership Rugby championship.
